Section 4
The foundation will be an organized body
: (1) The foundation will be a self-governing and organized body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) The establishment shall have its own separate seal (3) The establishment can acquire, enjoy and sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like a person.
(4) The establishment can file a complaint in its own name as well as an individual and can also file a complaint against the establishment as an individual.
(5) Irrespective of what is written in the prevailing law, the operation and management of the establishment shall be in accordance with the system of work organized by this Act and the rules or regulations made under this Act.
